On 1 October 2009, CTIM Perak organised an informal networking dinner at a local restaurant here in Ipoh. Branch representatives/Committee members of various professional bodies attended the networking dinner which started off at 7.30pm.Among the professional bodies present were ACCA, CIMA, CPA Australia, CTIM, MACS and MIA.
The attendees were seen mingling among themselves, exchanging cards and sharing views.
The Branch Chairman, Mr Loo Thin Tuck and the Deputy Branch Chairman, Mr Lam Weng Keat, gave a short insight on the objective of the informal networking dinner and thanked the various representatives of the various professional bodies for attending and hope there will be more events of this nature and to foster better co-operation and support of the activities held by the various bodies.
In conjunction with the occasion, CTIM Perak also took the opportunity to officiate its CTIM Perak INFORMATION BOARD on blogspot.
Some attendees took time off to view the information blog as dinner progresses.
The evening ended at about 9.45pm with a group photograph.
The Branch Chairman and the committee of CTIM Perak thanked everyone for their participation and look forward to future events.
